Great location near a beautiful lake. The room was spacious and recently renovated. The pools were large and not crowded. The bar inside the pool area had good quality drinks. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with convenient access to the nearby spa. And let me tell you, the underground private access from the hotel room to the spa was such a unique and enjoyable experience. After a relaxing hot bath, I indulged in a delicious fondue dinner, which was the perfect way to unwind. The attention to detail in the room was remarkable, with everything carefully equipped and prepared for my arrival. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. But what truly stood out during my stay was the attentive and professional staff. Their service exceeded my expectations and made my experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back here!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

*It was the highest rating hotel in the region of Fribourg, which my choice was based on it *My room was a mountain view
*The breakfast staff at the restaurant weren't friendly *The reception staff were not well knowledgeable, and if they answer a question it is limited *The price in comparison to the quality of the hotel in general is not fair.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar / restaurant service was very good. The food was not overly exciting, but I could say that about all of the Swiss restaurants we ate in. The village is only very small but there is awesome countryside around for those who enjoy walking and the outdoors. All the local people said Bonjour as you walked around. Very relaxing.

The area is scenic and the hotel is linked to an impressive spa. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice and the hotel food is above average for a seminar hotel. Some of the hotel personnel were friendly and informative.
The hotel bed in the double room is small and uncomfortable, with most of the typical hotel favours not complimentary.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the staff were friendly. The location was great, close to many restaurants and activities. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.
The room was overpriced for its size and lack of amenities. The shower was difficult to use and the coffee machine in the room was not working.

Had an amazing city trip with my family at a hotel in Gruyere. Loved the cozy room and the impressive views from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic and we enjoyed the variety of dishes. The location was perfect, close to the charming town centre and the local thermal baths. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay memorable.
While the hotel was great overall, the lack of air conditioning was inconvenient during our summer stay. We had some trouble sleeping due to the heat.
